This service allows to reduce the time of processing and obtaining a visa at the consular department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus of the airport for an arriving passenger.
The cost of this service for one passenger is 20 USD (Payment is made in BYN at the NBRB rate).
The service price includes:
• meeting of foreign citizens in the AVK building upon arrival and further escort to the consular department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus at the airport;
• preparation of a package of documents for processing (individual and / or group) visas at the consular department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus at the airport and further passing through border control (a copy of the application, a completed visa application form with a photograph, an insurance policy for the duration of the requested visa, a return ticket, documents required for passing border control);
• provision of information and translation services during the period of visa processing and border control.
